Our wonderful staff consists of a certified or degreed lead teacher and teacher assistant in each of our classrooms.
We work closely with the Wentzville School District and St. Theodore School to align our curriculum to be consistent with theirs. We have Parents As Teachers screenings each year and closely monitor each child's progression.
Children are our passion! First and foremost, we are all children of God and our mission is to keep God as the center of everything we do from playing and interacting to exploring and learning.
Mo Rackers is the Director of St. Theodore preschool. Mo has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and taught in the Jefferson City Diocese ranging in grades from K-7. She was working on her Master's Degree in Administration before deciding to stay home and raise her family. With only one child still at home, Mo is so happy to be back in education. Mo and her husband Greg have three children, Gabriel, Grant and Grace. They are members of Assumption Parish. As side hobbies, Mo loves photography and also makes custom rosaries. She loves being part of the St. Theodore Preschool family and her favorite part of the day is seeing all the smiling faces!
Elizabeth is in her 7th year of teaching, most of those years spent in Pre-K or subbing. She received her degree in Elementary Education from Franciscan University. She grew up in Springfield and relocated to Naples, Florida for several years before returning to the area. She has several brothers and sisters and 15 nieces and nephews ranging in age from newborn to 14 years old. She is single but enjoys her time with her nieces and nephews and other family in the area. Coming to work at St. Theodore Preschool is a bit like coming home because of the small, family like environment of the Catholic Grade school she grew up attending, and she is excited to be here!
